"Dr. Yasenchak was friendly enough when he interacted with my mother, who had leukemia, and the clinic was relatively good about follow up care between her appointments with him. However, when she died, there was not even a phone call from him. When I called to speak with him to try to understand why my mother had died, he was cold and clinical. HE did not express any concern or sympathy or ask how my family was doing. It was like she was a number to him and he was disappointed she died, but he didn't seem to really care. So, there was a discrepancy between his bedside manner when she was alive and his concern over her death."
