"I chose to specialize in Gastroenterology because I the diseases in gastroenterology really impact the lives of many people. I wanted the ability to hear a persons concern, diagnose the problem, and have the opportunity to see them through a treatment plan. In addition, I enjoy the procedural aspect of GI and the challenges that it brings. It gives us yet another avenue to improve the lives of our patients."
