"I recently had a cyst removed and went in this week to get my stitches removed. They had a student there and I did agree to have her remove my stitches. The PA checked the removal behind her. There are clearly three spots where the stitches were left in. I called today to ask if they could get me back in for removal and the earliest appointment that I can make is in a week. (can't get to one available tomorrow due to a work meeting). So, I am left open to infection or a possible additonal cyst in the future while I wait a week for them to get me in even though this was an error on their part. I have been a patient for at least 10 years and I don't feel like the level of care or concern is there anymore at this office. "
