Dr. Christopher Olukoga, MD

Christopher Olukoga, MD, is an award-winning general surgeon who consults with patients at AdventHealth Medical Group's surgical practice in Winter Park. Specializing in general surgery, minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery, and surgery to address conditions within the breast, endocrine glands, gastrointestinal system and foregut, he also provides simple to complex hernia correction procedures. A patient favorite who has been tapped as a Top Surgeon candidate and 'Health Care Hero' in recent polls, he is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society. After graduating with his medical degree from the University of Benin College of Medical Sciences, he completed an internship and residency in general surgery at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC, where he received the Chairman's Outstanding Graduating Chief Surgery Resident Award. He capped his medical training with a fellowship in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
