"There aren’t words to express how horrible this doctor is towards patients. He has no bedside manner, he’s full of himself, he doesn’t communicate with his patients - relies on other staff who don’t know you. Absolutely the worst!!!"

"WARNING! WARNING! This doctor has a God complex! He’s arrogant! He mocks his patients! He’s an extremely poor listener!! It’s HIS agenda or the highway! Secretive and does not disclose information freely to patients! He talks down to patients! No partnership here!! He communicates as if he’s on the spectrum (but I don’t think he truly is-just poorly skilled)! Go somewhere else!!!"

"Dr. Gross' scheduling department is terrible. My mother has been strung along for 4 weeks now and has left multiple messages, with no returned calls. She was told she would have surgery this Friday, but once again, it wasn't scheduled, and now they are saying it's going to be another two weeks before they can get her back on the schedule. If you need something done quickly, or in incredible pain, I would not recommend. "

"I have been seeing Dr. Gross for 5 years now, and can without a doubt state that you won't find a more professional, confident Othopedist in SC. He is my 5th surgical doctor over 20 years. I drive 2 hours each way to my appointments! Won't go anywhere else!! "
