"My son WAS a patient here, it took them 2 months to give me a 2 sentence letter for his school about his diagnosis (he was already out for the summer by the time I got it) and took them weeks to respond about his medication not working. Thank God his medications aren't for grand Mal seizures or anything, never sent out an order for an EEG, horrible communication, not the best bedside manner at all, ignored most of what I was saying as my sons primary caregiver, but absolutely listened to his father who is barely around and this is the first appointment in 11 years he's been to for ANYTHING. All of this was expressed in the appointment, doctor ignored. I'd highly suggest if you care about your kid getting the best care, to go anywhere else."
