OVERVIEW
Dr. Seliskar is originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Virginia where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Dr. Seliskar actually worked on spacecraft designs for IBM / Loral for almost 7 years. Yes, she was a rocket scientist!
Dr. Seliskar received her M.D. from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency in Pediatrics at the University of Virginia. She enjoys all areas of pediatrics, but has a special interest in early childhood development (both normal and delayed), autism, and Asperger's syndrome.
Dr. Seliskar lives in Midlothian with her husband and son. She enjoys cooking, being a soccer mom, and volunteering at Woolridge Elementary.
