"I had an appointment for 9:00. I got there at 8:56; only to try every door in the building before finding the entrance. Signs with arrows pointing the way would be nice. Waiting room totally full. If patients didn't have walkers to sit on there wouldn't have been enough room for these poor people to sit. Luckily I could stand. I asked how long the wait was going to be, was told a while.
