"Dr. Charmaine Ortiz Rushed two new crowns procedure while I had a lot of pain and I ended with active infections that lead to needing root canals by which she referred me to her in-house colleague who worked root canals over both the new crowns. Then one of the new molar crowns broke off in half. Dr. Charmaine Ortiz left me with the broken brand new crown and the temporary fillings still in after ..."
