Dr. Charmaine Elizabeth Earle, MD

Shiloh Medical Center was founded in 2005 by Dr. Charmaine Earle to create a quality family practice clinic where people of all ages are welcome. Dr. Earle has served the High Desert community since 2003 and has developed strong patient relationships over the years. She and her team at Shiloh Medical Center have been voted “Best of the Desert” 4 times.As a family and primary care practice, the providers are responsible for coordinating all patient’s care and referring to specialists as needed. Care is offered in a variety of areas including men and women’s health, sports physicals, prenatal care, complex chronic care, mental health services, and minor procedures. Shiloh Medical is also offering Botox services for forehead lines, frown lines, and crow’s feet. All Botox services are performed by Dr. Charmaine Earle.
