Dr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina Central University in Durham, N.C. and earned his medical degree from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, N.C. He completed a general surgery internship at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill and continued his medical training through a general surgery residency at Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center in Camden, N.J. Board certified in general surgery, Dr. Williams is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Society of Breast Surgeons. In addition, he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Dr. Williams has given 10 major research presentations and produced eight publications during his medical career. Prior to joining Bon Secours, he served with the Surgical Associates of Person County in Roxboro, N.C. Dr. Williams practices with Bon Secours Surgical Specialists.

"First off, I'm not related to Dr. Williams and it's a coincidence our names are similar. With that being said, Dr. Charles Williams performed 2 different surgeries on me and both have been successful. Dr. Williams and his staff are knowledgeable, courteous and go beyond the call of duty to ease any fears of my procedure. Lynn, the Office Manager processed all my paperwork in a timely manner, keeping me informed every step of the way. I received a letter stating Dr Williams will be moving forward from Bon Secours. Sad news to hear and I know I'm not alone when I say...... Wow! He will be missed. Good luck on your future endeavors."
