"The provider was to busy yawning... - The provider was to busy yawning during the beginning of the appt, to busy checking his phone and couldn't make eye contact with me. A short 15 second test and determined I didn't have what I came to see him for."

"Not personable. I, personally, l... - Not personable. I, personally, like that trait. Also, when showing an exercise (such as calf raises), patients don't need the full 10 count shown..then the other calf. He came back in about a minute later and reiterated what he said. I felt my chart was not looked upon before entering. I was asked did I smoke, including my paperwork, 5x. It felt like a surreal experience."

"Understandable the doctor sees m... - Understandable the doctor sees many patients however Dr.West did not allow for any questions to be asked nor did Dr.west allow an adequate amount of time to listen to anything I (the patient) had questions or concerns about.Dr.West actually interrupted me to say "you need to loose weight" I understand that the statement is true but the approach was terrible! He brought in wonderful medical students into my room but did not ask me if I was comfortable with others being in the room. I felt rushed and unimportant. Dr.West shows how knowledgeable he is within his field but I do hope the bedside manners can be adjusted"
