Dr. Charlene B. Krejci
Dr. Charlene B. Krejci received her DDS degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in Cleveland, Ohio in 1984 and completed her Master of Science Degree in Dentistry along with her specialty certification in periodontics at Case Western Reserve University in 1986. She is a Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology and the recipient of the prestigious Balint Orban Memorial Award. She has been in private practice since 1986, is an Associate Clinical Professor of Periodontics at Case Western Reserve University, and is on the staff of Meridia South Pointe Hospital.
Dr. Krejci is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, the Cleveland Society of Periodontists, the Cleveland Dental Society, the Pierre Fauchard Academy, and other professional organizations. She has published articles in professional journals and lectures frequently to dental professionals.
In addition to her dental activities, Dr. Krejci is also a registered dietitian - having completed both undergraduate and graduate work in nutrition as well as a dietetic internship at University Hospitals. Prior to entering dental school, she was the Director of Nutritional Services at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Doctor Krejci enjoys spending time with her family, reading (whenever time allows!), and trying to perfect the art of juggling personal and professional activities.
