OVERVIEW
I am a board-certified specialist in orthopedic surgery who joined St. Luke’s University Health Network in 2011. I am an orthopedic surgeon specializing in the care of the musculoskeletal system. I am fellowship trained in sports medicine with a focus on arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, knee and ankle. I am also interested in providing comprehensive orthopedic care, both operative and non-operative for a variety of orthopedic aliments like arthritis, carpal tunnel and fractures.
I earned my medical degree at Bellary Medical College, completed an orthopedic residency at Temple University Hospital and a Nirschl-Georgetown sports fellowship.
I am a current member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Arthroscopy Association of North America and the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine.
Outside of work I enjoy traveling the world with my wife and visiting my two children on the west coast of the United States. I also enjoy cooking, watching movies and …reading fiction and non-fiction books. I am an avid fan of the Philadelphia sports teams especially the Philadelphia Eagles and the Philadelphia Phillies.
