"Over-reacted to my son’s symptoms by placing him in quarantine to protect staff, rather than noticing his symptoms, when he could visibly see his neck was swollen from IJV thrombosis. This was in 2018. Spent 48 extra hours on a diagnosis that was completely wrong while his infection spread into septic shock, and nearly cost him his life . Labs took too long at Mayo, and kept reordering wrong ..."
