"Specifically made an appointment to see Dr. Watts. Dr. Cory, PA, saw me. 20 minutes after my appointment began while speaking with cory, the appointment was changed to appointment with cory and NOT Dr. Watts. No one told me it would be changed nor was I given a reason for the change."
