"Dr. Arthur was amazing. While this was my first surgery, I have represented physicians as an attorney for the past 15 years in my profession and have developed a pretty good feel for the quality of the physician. As a result, I am very selective with my choice of doctors. Due to an unexpected hospitalization (my first), I met Dr. Arthur and didn't have the luxury of research and initial meetings. She was amazing. She communicated effectively and compassionately and took the time to explain the condition, including surgical treatment and alternatives. She made a very difficult time almost enjoyable. When my issue resurfaced, I immediate went to her and she set out a plan of action and worked with me through surgery. She took my concerns into consideration and spent the time necessary to explain the benefits of the procedure and the alternatives. I look forward to seeing her again...although, I hope I don't have to see her again."
