"Avoid Dr. Tilles at all costs. She is not compassionate, she lacks knowledge, and she is a liar. When you tactfully let her know you're unhappy with her and why you switched providers (and provide specific examples), instead of listening and acknowledging your perspective and experiences, she doubles down, gets defensive and begins gaslighting you. I had a complex situation and instead of being empathetic, she was the total opposite. I've never been so disrespected by a medical provider in my life. To make matters worse, either she and/or her office at Providence have ordered tests that I never consented to or authorized and I then got billed for. She truly ruined my mental health during my first pregnancy and I will never forget that."

"Candice was nice, however I came in for a womens wellness exam and stated to her and to the reception multiple times that I only wanted preventative care and what my insurance covered, nothing extra. This doctor and practice doesn’t care, she had me do lots of unnecessary bloods which I have now been charged for and have to pay, I was even charged for my smear test as they wouldn’t list it as being preventative care…. I have called and spoken with the office to try and resolve and they’re always clueless or unwilling to help. Don’t go here unless you want to be stung with a bill for hundreds of dollars when it should have been $0!!"

"I made clear I'm on Medicare when I saw Dr. Tilles for my yearly checkup, which has ALWAYS been free my entire life. She trumped up a bunch of charges and wrong codes and all these bills have been sent to me. The billing office acknowledges an error was made, but I am still receiving bills 5 months later. One of the places that takes blood work (LabCorp) will not let me get more blood drawn for my yearly annual with my family doctor next week. They want their bill paid. This medical practice and doctor are a nightmare!!! Don't go there!!"

"Dr. Tilles and her team did not respond to my 7 urgent phone call. Dr. Tilles, her team, and the (very rude) admin did not think that distressing medical issues concerning a minor were a matter that needed responding to. "

" came in to see Dr. Tilles for an early pregnancy and had a very bad experience. It was clear that she didn't have a lot of experience communicating with patients on her own. I came in with a very early pregnancy. She did not take a medical history, explain the ins and outs of pregnancy, what to eat, what not to eat etc. She just figured I knew everything. We ordered a blood test to check the hCG levels. When she got the results back, she called me telling me my levels were very low and that it might not be a viable pregnancy and not to rule out ectopic pregnancy. She did not assure me, tell me what would be done to prepare and rule out any complications. I called back and asked her if she was sure my levels were low because I was only 3 weeks pregnant. She was unable to respond, saying medical jargon that made me feel even more insecure. I went back two days later and the hormones were rising and were on track. I was left with this scare, sleepless nights and so many negative thoughts ...
that could have been avoided if she was able to communicate effectively and have listened to me efficiently. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone and wanted to share the experience for any patient that might consider the Dr. "

She was empathetic, compassionate, and was able to talk to me thru the possible reasons for the spotting. Though I went into the appointment extremely scared, I left smiling and feeling reassured. "
