"Be prepared to suck it up if u choose this dentist. 8 am appt. At 8:45, 5 people in waiting room and no Dr or staff anywhere in sight. When front desk arrived I asked if I could just pick up my mouthguard and go, only then did Dr come in; to cancel me! So much for all money paid up front for consult. Shockingly unprofessional. This after patiently waiting 5 hours on last appt. Requested soft mouth guard, instead got hard plastic which hurt my teeth then chipped #24 tooth. They repaired it, but charged me, on second appt because Dr never showed for 1st appt after leaving me sit in chair waiting for over an hour cause they forgot I was there. Need I say more?"
