"Bryan James McVerry in particular is not familiar with his patients' conditions or their care or treatment. And he very much does not like to be questioned and gets very defensive and argumentative when he doesn't know an answer. I asked him to explain my dad's EEG test result and he says "'s terrible!" I asked him to be more scientific and he yelled "I don't know what you want me to say! It's just bad!" I had some questions about anemia and asked him what are some treatment options and he said depends on the cause. I asked what are some of the causes then and what would their treatments be. He got hostile and interrupted me to demand why I was asking him all these questions about anemia. To which my response was "Because my dad's anemic." My dad was a patient in his hospital that he oversaw for 3 months and made healthcare decisions for and somehow never saw in my dad's medical chart nor looked at any of his 30+ blood test results to know that my dad was anemic. Patients deserve ...
better than this lazy uninformed careless approach to medicine practice. Do better Bryan. Or do something else. "

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
