"He is terrible. States he does Cornea Transplant, but how can he specialize in this surgery if he CAN NOT do surgery. Makes you sign a form stating you can not sue this Doctor. They need to revoke his license. This is false advertisement. The most rude Dr ever. Do not let him fool you."
