"Dr Greenaway was my psych care provider for 8 yrs & almost died from stroke &/or heart attack per my GP, Cardiologist & newly appointed Neurologist-due to totally mismanagement of my PTSD Dx now chronic PTSD after 2 yrs of heart condition syncope & neurological issues that Dr Greenaway failed to prevent, manage or treat & now I have a new psych provider, I still have YET to receive my FULL chart from this alleged Drs attorney 2 months now - HIPAA breach too this joint is overcharging patients as well with disrespectful & incompetent staff which they often outsource phone lines to 3rd world countries who have NO clue what HIPAA laws are and nor do Insight Choices nor “Dr” Greenaway apparently, either. Lawsuit in progress for massive Med - Mal - go somewhere else please !"

"This review is specifically for PA BRENDAN P GREENAWAY- as I like Insight Choices, their other actual doctors, and what they offer. I am not sure if Dr chang owns it still, hes amazing, as is the front desk helper MAGGIE. Maggie is a Gem, and wants to help you, the other front desk man is very mean. PA Brendan P Greenaway dangerously under prescribed me, and was very curt with me; making rude insinuations as to why I am taking this medicine ( it made me feel like a criminal, I am on DI because i might have pheochromacytoma, and have uncontrollable heart problems. Graves Addisons Hashimotos, and Real Diabetes, affect all of myu siblings, there are 7 of us, so I am obv next. I didnt even get to share this with him, he would not let me speak. He has now been MIA for five days. He called in a RUA ( refill untill apointment, as i Mentioned, he royally messed up, to put it nicely, idk if the board will agree, I think they will)He still would not fix it. Turns out HE NEVER CALLED IT IN! He just ...
hit a button for refill ( its too soon due to his error to fill) I was at the pharmacy for 8 hours today, 8 hours yesterday, and ther whole week. I have not slept in 9 days ( I do suffer from insomnia, but this is withdrawl) He did not care I had a job interview today, or that he ruined my month. I am not sure he knows how to be a PA, I feel he is one of the students whos parents pushed them into this, is veery far removed from real people, thus his dismissal of me instantly as a 'drug addict' It was humiliation that I payed for basically. If he had let me speak I would have told him i take this medicine theraputically, and cant only have extreme withdrawls all month if I need to use it. Which i did. In my 32 years i have never flown.Its a dumb phobia I know. I had to attend my sisters wedding, I had to take my theraputic dose to get onto that plane. Honestly he almost killed me. I have severe High blood pressure and can not controll my heart rate due to endocrine disorders. I lost 2 jobs this month due to his ineptitude, and had to spend my birthday ( no big deal but it sucked) writhing in pain in bed. I had two small seizures, and vertigoed into my husbands prized 3$thousand dollar Guitar. He has caused me so much trouble, since that day I threw the notebook down. This man need LOTS of training. I was only ofennded in my meeting. I was seeing an amazing person,Dr obed Frasier, we had a plan, and a notebook to keep organized. He was taken from me ( why do you always do this insight?) Two minutes into our convo i threw my notebook on the ground defeated. I honestly believe he didnt call in the RUA because I complained about him the moment he got off of video chat. INSIGHt CHOICES please review his session with me last month, you will be saddended, as I was, and realize he is NOT ready for person to person meetings yet. If you read this far, Insight choices has GREAT doctors, they do, this is NOT ONE. I got ahold of my Primary care DR, finally at 8 pm, he helped me with one days dose. The ineptitude is shocking. Id attach files to proove with numerous emails to him all week, but they are 'confidential', and like I said, I dont want to be 86'd from this place, GO here, just DONT see this nurse. "
