"Dr Lilly is a great Doctor. Issues are with the staff. Especially Julie (insurance coordinator) & Jean (office manager). Julie gave me a hard time getting approval of DME from my insurance. She told me it was not covered b/c I'm not diabetic. Didn't even offer to submit for pre-determination. But then it was approved b/c I requested it to be done & pushed her to submit for approval anyways. It would have never happened if I didn't ask her to do so. Tried to talk to Jean about all this. All she did was defend Julie, yell, & never listened to my complaint. Horrible insurance coordinator & office manager. Bad attitude"
