"Beware - After checking in for my mid-day appointment, I sat in Dr. Koo's waiting area for over an hour before I checked on the status of my appointment. The attendant didn't understand why I had not yet met Dr. Koo until her colleague arrived who shared "Dr. Koo was not in the office that day due to a family emergency." There was no notification process in place to notify disrupted individuals. "We are servicing so many doctors here that we can't keep track of the patients" was the explanation. I wonder if I had not checked on the status of my appointment how long would they have left me waiting? A medical staff that can't handle an "emergency" situation of this sort is not a good sign! "
