"Dr. alexander was OK. However, the staff is deplorable! I see reading the other reviews I am not the only one with this observation.
I would go somewhere else if I were you. You will only be
frustrated and angry before you leave that office."

"Would give zero stars if possible. Office staff is horrible. Still waiting after three weeks for an appt to remove a kidney stone and the office staff does not return my voice mail messages or email. Unacceptable since Dr Alexander said this would be done on a priority basis and just as a matter of curtesy. Good luck if you get stuck going here. I’ve moved on. Dr needs to get a handle on his very unprofessional office. "

"I arrived at Bobby Alexander’s Urology practice at 1:00p for my appointment. Immediately in front of the waiting room window was an empty chair, in a 2nd chair to the left was an office assistant on the phone embroiled in a conversation. I craned my neck and tried to make eye contact with the her because I wanted to use the bathroom, but no luck.
As I waited, I saw thru the waiting room window a nurse in the background slowly walking out of the break room. Relieved I thought I’d soon be greeted and allowed to relieve myself, however the nurse ignored me and turned into the practice's only bathroom - one just beyond the window. I continued to wait, it was now 1:10p.
I rapped on the window to get the attention of the phone assistant, and I let her know I was crossing my legs, and needed a bathroom. She said she hadn’t seen me (which is impossible) and also that it wasn’t her job to talk to patients, and then she sort of rolled her eyes at the other chair - implying the person who's ...job it was was missing.
Just then a perky girl entered the waiting room and said “hi”. She was very sweet, apologized, and said she was late getting back from lunch. She suggested that since I’m having an exam I should pee in a cup for urinalysis.
As this assistant led me into the back, the slow-moving nurse (finally) came out of the bathroom, and I was told to pee in a paper cup in the corner of the bathroom on a tray. Surprised (paper?!) I asked her if I heard right - she said “Yes, that’s what I’ve been told to have people do.”
I said ok and reached for the only paper cup in the bathroom (like a small dixi cup next to a Sharpie) and picked it up. It had someone else’s cold urine in it. It had just been sitting there - (slow-moving nurse hadn’t noticed?)
I corralled the office staff and let them know how much of a no-no this whole deal was, how I'd lost faith in the practice's competency - and told them I felt I was like a badly run McDonalds off the 10.
The whole office staff apologized, and the sweet late-arriving assistant seemed embarrassed and said “I doesn’t normally work here”.
I canceled my appointment and do not plan to return.
Bobby, it's clear you could (and should) be managing your practice better. "Read more
