"I can't even call this person a Dr. The ethical concerns regarding her evaluation are obscene. Relied on an illegal recording cut out of context. Recommended that I essentially buy my son back through multiple, subsequent evaluations. Totally ignored the Domestic Violence component of my case including a threat made against my life that was reported to a therapist who she spoke with but didn't even attempt to ask about it. Stated that no mold was in father's house. Latest entry in my docket now has an order for Father to provide proof of mold remediation. Those are just a few of the issues as there are in fact more... By the way at least in my evaluation Beth Bliss saw nothing wrong with Dad's girlfriend (who lives with her husband) using Suboxone for going on over 5 years now. Beth Bliss recommended that an environment such as that is what is in the "best interest" of the child. Let that sink in... ...

Adoptions have been incentivized under the Adoption and Safe Families Act and it is my understanding that this is a lucrative business for Beth Bliss. On 12/9 Father swore under oath that his paramour had no PFA in effect against her. In a subsequent answer to a second motion filed in April it was admitted that a final PFA was in effect until 12/29. Both answers were filed by the same Attorney who represented this person at the PFA proceedings. I’m sure that she does want to deny what she did… "

"Dr. Bliss: Careless, negligent and incompetent. Our family was appointed by the Allegheny County family court to see Dr. Beth Bliss when I requested our family go through a psychological evaluation in order to uncover why my four kid’s mother was verbally and physically abusive to them and why she failed to protect them from a known child predator, instead protecting the predator. Dr. Bliss completely ignored the fact that I gave her notice, in the form of a letter, that the mother alienated our third child so egregiously from me, that any interaction I had with her made our daughter even more angry and appeared to make the situation worse. Yet, Dr. Bliss in her report says that I do not interact with this child as much as I do with the other three children. It should be noted that the other three children have a very close and loving relationship with me, not wanting me to violently die, which the 14 year old has repeatedly expressed. And being nice to her only makes her hate me more ...
- all this comes from pressure from the mother, who forces the kids to choose parents (the two older children have filed restraining orders on their mother and live with me because of her abuse towards them, in large part because they started to want a relationship with me, which infuriated their mother.) The mother told this child of ours, just weeks before our family met with Dr. Bliss, that, “If you ever talk to your father again, I will break all of your fingers so you can’t be a gymnast.” Dr. Bliss was made aware of that comment, yet ignored it. When the mother had the family interview with Dr. Bliss, the mother displayed her usual front of being nice, charming and a caring mother - something she has been incredibly adept at doing for many years outside the home - Mommy Dearest, if you will. Yet, despite my warning and Dr. Bliss’s supposed education on such personality disorders, Dr. Bliss was easily fooled by the mother and wrote in her report, that the children’s mother, “Just wants to be a good mom.” This is the same mother: that has been arrested twice, once for domestic violence and the other, just weeks before the interview, for Child Endangerment, corruption of a minor and Witness intimidation. Who has numerous CYF reports against her. Who has punched our daughter, when only eight, in the stomach. Who has thrown our son, when he was eight, down a flight of 15 steps into the basement. Who tried to kill all of us by steering our van in front of an 18-wheeler on the highway right before we separated. Who has pulled a knife on the kids. Who has left such horrible marks on the kids’ faces that the school repeatedly called. Who tried to choke our son and told him he would die in a car crash very soon and no one would be at his funeral because no one loved him. Who bought each of our kids journals and stood over them getting angry until they wrote as much as possible about all the ways they hated me. Who supported the convicted child molester, not our daughter. All of which Dr. Bliss was made aware of. Please contrast these behaviors with me, the father, who has no arrest record, who encourages the kids to love both parents and has devoted his life to being the best father he can be, to include trying to force the mother into getting help so she can eventually be in the kids’ lives in a healthy and positive way. I believe my kids deserve that - Dr. Bliss does not. Finally, our youngest child, was very upset with Dr. Bliss because she only let him talk, “for 30 seconds,” which was about right as I waited for him in the waiting room. He has repeatedly - and unsolicitedly - said he wants more time with me, but because Dr. Bliss wouldn’t listen to him, she said he should be with his mother more. Dr. Bliss is rushed, biased, careless, negligent and too inexperienced and too uneducated in the ways of parental alienation and is a failure to the psychological profession - and ultimately, a failure to my kids and their relationship with their mo "
