"I went to my appt on tuesday for botox injections for migraines, the Dr injected in my neck and back. None in the head, how is this helping my migraines? I also informed him that we are doing a military move on Monday and I lost my Morphine. He told me to get a police report and fax it to him and he would fill it. I'm already in detox, so my husband took me to the police station to file a report. Officer Johnson of the Montgomery County Sheriff's informed us, they don't do police report for lost medication. I had to keep running back and forth to the restroom the entire time of the conversation. We tried calling the Woodlands office but no one answered, so I informed the Houston Office about the wrong info that was put out. This is definitely not a way to treat a disabled patient, especially during an infusion week for polymyositis. What can me done for me?"
