"I wrote a three-page letter to the doctor to resolve a very serious issue and instead of an apology letter I was told the office will no longer see me. I was treating with PRN from office. My temporary disability was denied because no medicals were sent in after being told repeatedly they were sent. I went six months without pay. I left 5 messages for PRN to return my call while in a 9 out of 10 pain scale needing medical and paperwork assistance. The girl on the phone go so nasty to me I was shaking then she refused to give me her name. I called the other office in tears and no one returned my call there either. This is why I wrote the 5-page letter. PRN apologized repeatedly but now he left the practice while in the middle of compiling the documents I needed and I was told they will no longer see me. I will write reviews and tell my horror story to every person I can possibly tell it to. I am in appeal for TTD pay and no one can write the narrative they wanted from me. DO NOT GO TO ...
