"I’d leave zero stars if I could, I went into my dermatology appointment on the NHS with serious concerns about my body, absolutely no effort was made to make me feel comfortable, show any compassion or respect. I just had steroid creams chucked at me which is why I was struggling in the first place. She was really quite patronising and condescending I actually left nearly in tears at how rude she was. She told me to go and see someone else because they can’t do patch testing or food intolerance testing (which was why my GP sent me). For a dermatologist she really didn’t seem to treat skin health with any importance and seriously lacked in sensitivity. I wouldn’t normally write reviews about people professions but I had a private dermatology appointment that same day and the way I was treated was polar opposite."

"Dr. Javed and her staff have always been awesome at meeting my medical needs. She responds to portal interactions in a timely manner and has always been willing to work w/my schedule. She is knowledgeable about my health concern and I truly believe she has my best interest in mind at our visits. "

"My first (and last) visit with Javed was the most impersonal office visit I've ever had. Javed never even asked my name or greeted me. She simply ran through her checklist and downplayed my concerns. Definitely felt like I was a number on her list and she needed to get to the "next one". This experience sent me running to find a caring and compassionate doctor. After over a decade as a Banner patient, I left the network after my interaction with Javed. "
