"HE NEEDS TO RETIRE! Very dishonest and does nothing for the people. He is an INSURANCE Dr. In it for the money. Great for workers comp companies, NOT GREAT FOR INJURED PEOPLE!!! If Assigned to Dr. Swartz DEMAND a different doctor. HORRIBLE MAN WORSE DOCTOR!"
