Dr. Ashley Marcus MD, is a board certified physician who's specialty is Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, a physiatrist, who completed a musculoskeletal fellowship in Interventional Pain Management, Sports and Occupational Medicine.

She first decided to become a physiatrist when she realized that focusing on physical medicine and rehabilitation would allow her to improve patients’ functional status and quality of life.

She grew up with a mother struggling to overcome the debilitating symptoms of multiple sclerosis.  She observed that one of the most frustrating things for an individual to lose is their independence and secondly, the ability to do the things he or she enjoys. She has made it her mission to promote her patient’s functional recovery so that they can go back to the activities that they love.
