"I've know Mr Authur Welch for over 14 years now. He another DR worked on my spinal stenosis surgery that was pretty intense work. Hour of work and days in the hospital. I followed him to Dr Doherty's office in New London where he works in Neurology. And along with Dr Doherty they both treat me with love and kindness. Art has always been friendly and describes my surgeries and what's going on fully and has a great bedside manor. During every surgery I have, I have either him or Dr Doherty hold my hand before I go under. Because I know I'm safe under theirs. I'd give them both a 10 if I could on here."
