"NEVER even received a phone call from this office. We called after waiting 4 weeks and they attempted to give us old test results from an outdated MRI! Then we were told "someone will call in 4-5 days"!! Still never heard! An employee from another office helped us. Had to schedule our own tests and waited another 10 days for results-no call! When called for results we were told "all clear" even though the test results (vial health portal) clearly indicated serious issues! After an unpleasant conversation with his nurse we finally received a call-saying all was fine and lets move forward with another procedure (they had been notified once in person and twice on the phone that this procedure was NOT WANTED!) Absolute waste of time, money, and extreme stress! NO HELP IN ANYWAY!!!"
