"I hate to have to do this but I am appalled at the customer service at this place. Nobody speaks any english and my elderly mother was forcefully pushed into their machines for tests with out being prompted on what to do. my mother is a miami native and speaks no spanish. My elderly father had to come to translate for her just so she would know what was happening while these tests where happening. This is extremely unethical. Not to mention their appointment was scheduled, which they arrived early for and STILL had to wait 3+ hours to be seen. How is this supposed to make my mother feel comfortable about cataract surgery with this facility. Needless to say they're going else were "
