"I was/am truly disappointed with Dr. Boswell. I felt she was dismissive of my issues and dermatological needs. After explaining to her my concerns, she didn't address them all. Moreover, I had to ask her to take a look at an area on my back I had just explained to her was bothering me. It was a waste of my time and money to see this practitioner. I had to wait for weeks to even get an appointment, at the very least, she should have spent more than 5 minutes with me. The nurse spent more time with me than Dr. Boswell did. As I was getting dressed and prepared to leave, I contemplated on saying something to her but felt it would not be received."

"Respectful but lacks adequate dedication to provide quality service. Initial appointment was less than 8 minutes. Dr. Boswell was aware of medical history prior to meeting. Dr. Boswell should consider screening calls prior to visit to provide better service."
