"Tried making an appointment online that kept getting changed and cancelled and changed and cancelled. Tried to call and spent 25 minutes on hold. Thought things were set. Only to repeat again. Confirmed appt cancelled, 25 minutes on hold. THIS is how new patients are treated?!"
