"I scheduled an appointment 6 months ago at Pasadena Dentist. I verified and confirmed my appointment. I arrived today at 7:15 for an 8am cleaning. While sitting in the waiting area a clerk came out and canceled me. After asking to see the dentist I could hear the clerks saying that if he doesn't like it he can find another dentist. Not only the dentist come out, he came out screaming and demanding an apology. Upon research I found 5 other complaints on the rudeness of the staff. Makes you really wonder what other lies there telling him."
