"I MADE A TERRIBLE MISTAKE DAYS AGO. I SAW DR. RIZZO , YESTERDAY. WE TALKED ABOUT MY BAD/POOR REVIEW. WE DISCUSSED IT. I WAS TOTALLY WRONG , BECAUSE I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THE "SYSTEM" OF HOW THING'S NOW WORK HERE. I LIVED OUT OF STATE FOR 29+ YRS. CAME BACK LAST YEAR. THING'S TOTALLY DIFFERENT HERE IN 1990 , AND NOW VERY DIFFERENT HERE. HE EXPLAINED IT TO ME IN DETAIL. I KNOW KNOW IT WAS I , WHO WAS THE "PROBLEM" , NOT HIS STAFF. I'M PUBLICALLY APOLOGIZING TO DR.
