Dr. Anthony Musci is a board-certified internal medicine specialist with more than 20 years of experience in Utah, working in both hospital and ambulatory private practice settings.
ADr. Musci received an undergraduate degree in Science Preprofessional from the University of Notre Dame, followed by his medical degree from Loyola University of Chicago in Maywood, Illinois.
After completing medical school, Dr. Musci participated in an internship and internal medicine residency, both at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City.
He is an active member of the medical education community and has served as an attending physician and Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Utah. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, Utah Medical Association, Doctors without Borders, the Society of General Internal Medicine, and The Obesity Society.
Dr. Musci%u2019s areas of special interest include:
Adult and adolescent primary and preventive care.
Primary assessment and management of acute medical illnesses.
Long-term management of most adult chronic medical illness, including diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, and obesity-related complications.
Dr. Musci and his wife Teresa are the proud parents of three teenagers. He shares his love of education and ice hockey through coaching at the high school level.
Dr. Musci is currently accepting new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
