"This man should NOT be called a doctor. One time I had to wait 2-21/2 hours to be seen. At which point I started to leave, he chased me into the parking lot and BEGGED me to come back in. I said I wasn't gonna wait any more. He said I'm gonna take you in right now. Then in September of this year, I had a stroke, he didn't do ANYTHING, only sent me for an MRI. After the MRI, I obviously had to go back for the results, all he said was "Yup, you had a stoke", of course after the incident I came home and goggled it, therefore I KNEW I had a stroke. A month later, I went to work and I JUST couldn't function. My boss called an ambulance, was hospitalized for a week due to having a stroke. I needed to get thiamine (vitamin b1), I couldn't afford it and my insurance will pay for it as long as it's perscribed. Rather than finding a new doctor, I went to doctor frankenstein, he HAD to call the hospital for the record of my stay (which was another HOUR visit.) During the visit he kept saying, you ...
know we don't have a good doctor/patient relationship, I want you to find another doctor. (I wish I had after the two hour office visit incident-boy I have I learned my lesson!) IF there's was a way to rate this "doctor" with a hundred negative stars, I would! STAY away from him, he's ONLY in it for the money, he doesn't have any REAL compassion, it's all fake "

"Farina and staff are unprofessional, ignorant and lazy. He should lose his license. He exposed all his patients to his own Covid - he practiced without a mask. He directly exposed patients. "

"Wow. Refusing to aknowledge my refill on a very important med by the office answring person insisting it was when the pharmacy says it was not! Were they right below? This is wrong."

"Dr.Farina has been professional and kindhearted in my being treated. In fact,I do not think the specialists who have treated me in past years have come close. He cares. Yup. You read that. I am thankful to have found him and those who work with him as well."

"I’m am 35 years old and have been seeing Dr. Anthony Farina & his staff since I left a pediatrician. So well over 15 years. I started seeing him when his office was on Smith St. Office staff was very friendly, thorough and made you feel like an important patient at this practice. Dr. Farina, also very thorough, easy to talk to and good at his job. Let’s fast forward to when the practice moved to the current building on Mineral Spring Ave. The office staff went down hill very quickly. Revolving door for them. New tech’s having no clue what they’re doing, front office staff becoming more rude & PA’s not caring about patient care. Since I found Farina to be a good doctor I accepted how his staff was. Shame on me. Once a year I’d go for my physical and I would always see a different doctor when I specifically request to see my Md. (not a lot to ask for). Numerous times staff putting the wrong records in my charts and vice versa. Today was the nail in the coffin. Dr Farina called me for a ...
prescription refill and I informed him that I would be seeking a new primary and he had the audacity to say “I strongly recommend that, I don’t like the way you spoke in my office last time”. Then proceeded to hang up on me while I was still speaking to him. This is a man I trusted with my health care for the last 15 years and couldn’t have the decency to have a conversation with me (his patient) like a human being. Just goes to show you the level of professionalism on his part, or lack there of. Yes, my last visit I was very rude to his staff because they yet again stuck me with another PA for my physical & were VERY disorganized. So this was the straw that broke the camels back. How much can one person take with nonsense at each visit. Dr. Farina if you read this I hope you know how very disappointed I am in the way you treated me. For anyone thinking about going to this practice please don’t! I’m sure you will see hundreds and hundreds of bad reviews. Mine is just a small story of how bad he and his staff is. "

"Do not go here unless you want your medical insurance maxed out. They have you go there every 4 wks for a so called follow up appointment. You also have a better shot of winning lottery than getting your prescription refilled. Seems this place is a scam. Consumer patients beware"

"This Dr. Is a joke to the profession. All the dr's there have everyone come back every month for test after test after test that are NOT needed. He is losing many patients because the office is extremely rude and they change staff monthly.dr farina is insane the way he screams on top of his lungs at staff. Stay far away from this cracker jack office. They only want to run up your insurance to the maximum"

"I will never come back. He was throwing a tantrum in office to his staff and all of us in waiting room were talking about his mental state. I do not want a dr. Whom acts this way to treat me medically especially considering he cannot control himself. Plus the place was filthy and you wait an hour to be seen. And i notified my insurance as well because it seems fishy i have to come back for follow up appts once per month and i am healthy. I think everyone should find new place and never go here again"

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
