"I actually liked the dentist and his assistant. They were nice, patient and courteous. Where the experience fell off the rails is what happened after my visit. Just to give a little background, I had an inlay that fell out (it was originally placed by a different dentist about 11 years ago). I had an excellent experience with the dentist then he re-attached the inlay. However, 8 weeks later, the inlay fell out again. When I called to get it re-affixed, the woman on the phone was very abrasive and short with me. She said that they could not get me in for nearly a week to make the fix, and that they were not responsible for the shoddy repair as they had not done the original procedure. I was not rude, nor was I behaving in a 'privileged' manner. Yet I received short, abrasive, and defensive reactions by the person who I spoke with on the call. I cannot recommend this office. They do not back up their work and do not treat patients well unless said patients kowtow to their point ...
