"If there was an option for ZERO stars. That’s what I would leave. Anne is downright rude and entitled. Perhaps she should have training in empathy, people skills, and listening. Her attitude is bad and she speaks and moves as if she has something better to do. I’m flabbergasted by my experience with her. "
