"Dr. Kurapey is a great, caring doctor. I had been struggling with my mental health and she treated me with respect and dignity! She helped me get on medication, and then adjust it, and then adjust it again until it was right!! She is the only psych doctor I trust. "

"The first time in a long time a psychiatrist has truly taken the time to understand my situation before adjusting my medication. I had a really nice experience and look forward to collaborating with her on my care moving forward. "

"Terrible experience....Lied on my documentation and lied to my family about my "plan of care" This Dr. spent an extra year for a DO, but apparently didn't learn much. She should be taking care of insects instead of people, at least she would do less harm to people's lives. WOULD NOT recommend her!!"

"Terrible treatment from this Dr. Kurapey, instead of helping me, she goes against her Hippocratic oath to do no harm. She LIED to my family about my plan of care., and was kept in the ER at Lutheran General for 14 straight hours in extreme pain. When I spoke to her personally two weeks later, she didn't even remember the incident...WOW!!! and she claims to "care" with a DO, just wow, maybe a career that doesn't involve living creature would be more suited for her, except for mosquito abatement, she'd be good at that, Im sure. Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
