OVERVIEW
As a gastroenterologist, I am intriqued by the broad spectrum of intestinal and liver problems, which adults may develop. I have a particular interest in diseases of the liver. During my training, I performed research related to liver diseases. In the course of evaluating intestinal problems, we often look into the stomach or large intestine with flexible instruments. My goal during these examinations has always been to make sure that the test is as comfortable and dignified for people as possible. I am always gratified when people feel that the procedure went well and was helpful in finding the cause of their problem.
