"My son presented to the emergency room at Fort Hamilton with breathing problems and a horrible cough. Dr. Nguyen took one look at him and outright said he was faking and just didn’t want to go to school. He ran no tests and told us to give him cough medicine. We then took our son to Cincinnati Children’s, where he was diagnosed with pneumonia. Dr. Nguyen failed at every level of being an emergency physician in this case. His bedside manner was sarcastic, disbelieving, and confrontational."
