"Unapologetic after removing a mole and accidentally nicking me, leaving an additional larger wound. I was not informed this happened at the time of the removal. She and her assistant simply hid it under a bandage. After looking under the bandage, I returned for an explanation and she responded with, “These things happen.” Would not recommend. "

"I started seeing Ms. Danley for laser hair removal. On my second visit, I waited in a little room with no windows for an hour when I went out into the reception area to find a tissue. While finding a tissue, I asked if someone would be seeing me soon. The receptionist told me Ms. Danley was tied up down stairs and she would be up shortly.
