"My primary care Dr. referred me to Dr. Snow. My visit to the Cedars Marina office started out wonderful. I was pleasantly greeted with kindness and respect and given paperwork to fill out. Both the young ladies at the front desk were very professional and courteous. However, my actual experience with Dr. Snow was the worst I've ever had with a doctor. In my 51 years I've been to plenty of doctors offices however, never have I ever had to walk out of a Doctors office due to lack of care and concern for my health. In my experience today I felt very unheard and disrespected. I will leave it here for now because I know everyone has bad days. Just please do better. It's great to have an expert opinion that's what were paying for as patients however it's very important to listen to your patients, give them an opportunity to speak (and not just speak but be heard...take a beat to hear and understand what they are trying to communicate to you.) Thank you."

"Ignorant and doesn't really listen to the patient. I went in asking to see how much my scoliosis progressed because the only x-ray I have of my spine is from 4 years ago and she literally said no, when I asked her tech to ask for me, because I couldn't talk to her long enough to directly ask her. "
