"Dr. Patel came into the clinic room with a poor attitude. I do not know if he was having a bad day or what happened exactly. The technician took a series of x-rays and he said I needed a surgery (It is a significant surgery). He did not do a physical examination or any orthopedic testing on me. He did not explain the surgery or what therapy would be required. Life is too short to be seen by doctors who don't care enough about patient satisfaction. The only reason he gets 3 stars are because the office staff were good, otherwise he'd get 2 stars. I found a much better doctor who spent the time to make me comfortable. "
