Amy Boyce

Dr. Amy Boyce, AuD

Amy discovered audiology when she was in high school after her sister told her about an audiology/pathology course she took. She decided to research the field and very quickly realized it was the perfect career fit for her.She enjoys the variety of audiology care and building relationships with her patients while helping them improve.Amy has a special interest in diagnostic hearing evaluations for children and adults. She is also experienced in working with hearing aids and helping patients with hearing loss prevention. She considers her sister to be one of her biggest life influencers and one of the main reasons for pursuing audiology.Amy was also influenced by her parents who have profound hearing loss. Her experience growing up in the hard-of-hearing/deaf community has helped her understand the challenges associated with hearing loss.In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, camping and spending time outdoors, and long-distance running.I incorporate my personal experience as a family member of individuals with hearing loss into my care with the patients I see. I recognize how hearing loss affects communication outside of the clinic and I feel that helps me to provide excellent and personalized care.

"Dr. Amy Boyce is a true professional in every aspect of her practice. She is much more than an EXCELLENT Audiologist. She is a caring, compassionate and insightful person. Dr. Boyce gave me the most thorough examination that I have ever experienced. Dr. Boyce explained the rationale behind each test and was very supportive and comforting through the entire process. After the examinations were complete, Dr. Boyce took the time to explain all of the results to me. She also took the time to answer all of my questions. During this part of the consultation, the receptionist told Dr. Boyce that she was leaving for the day. The office was closing down. Dr. Boyce spent another hour with me discussing every aspect of my case including the benefits to an elective surgery. I left Dr. Boyce very excited about my future. Dr. Boyce is also very astute in the area of medical law. I explained the benefits that were discussed with me during my pre appointment call with my insurance company. ...
Dr. Boyce recommended that I call them again to ensure I was being told the most accurate information. As it turned out, the insurance company was incorrect in what they told me about my benefits during my first conversation with them. I was very disappointed and I left a message for Dr. Boyce with her receptionist. It was late in the day and I expected a call back from the receptionist the next day. To my surprise, Dr. Boyce called me after hours on her own time and calmly and knowledgeably discussed the options with me. It was like she took a weight off of my shoulders. I am once again excited about my future. Dr. Boyce has a lifetime of experience with people of all ages with hearing disorders. Dr. Boyce considers being an Audiologist a "Vocation" more than a profession. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Boyce to patients of all ages. Her kindness and genuine love for others make her one of the most outstanding people I have ever met in any profession. I believe in Dr. Boyce's mission in life and I believe in Dr. Boyce! She has earned my respect, admiration and trust. "

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
