"I was involved in an auto accident. My mother & I both needed surgery for our broken wrists after the accident. He was amazing. He was very kind, explained everything, and even follow up appointments at his office were great."

"Someone needs to remove this man from the medical field. I had an surgery performed about 6 years ago and it’s never gotten better. Keeps getting worse. The issue was in my shoulder and he performed a ridiculous procedure on my wrist/forearm that wasn’t needed, obviously poorly planned, and sounded like a hack job when it was over and described to me.
I had an injury about 10 years ago in my arm where something happened to a tendon and it never healed. I eventually got to a dr and was guided to Fallahi. I could pop my wrist occasionally and it would relieve the pain on the back of my upper arm(bicep?), but my hand and wrist were ok compared to now. It would hurt with heavy use but I could still work.
Most people have 3 tendons in their arm, one of which he said isn’t needed. I am one of the rare cases of only having the 2 tendons. He said the plan was to cut that extra tendon (that I don’t have) and wrap it around my wrist to keep the wrist bones more stable. He didn’t know that I ...only have the 2 tendons until I was in surgery. They said it would take 2 hours(I think?)but it took 6.5 hours because he changed plans once realizing there were just the 2 tendons. Mid-surgery, he decided to cut one of them up the middle and took half of it and wrapped it around my wrist and secured it with 2 screws. That was my understanding.
None of my pain was fixed, can’t pop my wrist anymore to relieve the pain in my upper arm; and I’m now 34 years old and been 6 years without a job because I simply can’t work. Can barely do dishes, get dressed, or even write my name. I didn’t have pain in my wrist before the surgery but I sure do afterwards…And all the way up my forearm and into my shoulder kinda like before surgery, but with a lot more wrist pain. I’m broke now, living off my girlfriends wages, and help from our parents.
Totally unnecessary surgery. He should have known the surgery wasn’t needed and should have known the situation in my arm before performing surgery. I’m not a doctor but I’ve been a mechanic and hvac tech most my life and that’s not the way we diagnose an issue…by taking guesses. At least not the honest professionals. You should be able to expect professionalism from anyone at a hospital, especially a surgeon.
I suggest you get yourself back to school if you aren’t already swamped with lawsuits mr Fallahi. This was either negligence or dishonesty, neither of which should be accepted in ANY profession, especially this one. Glad I believe in karma, but I should probably be finding a lawyer.
This is my experience. None of this is slander. Your experience may be different and I hope it was. My wishes go out to anyone else in pain like this "Read more

"He forgot he had me scheduled for surgery. Hospital tried getting in touch with him for three hours after my original surgery time. While I laid there on the stretcher all ready to go. What doctor does that? Also they canceled my post surgery follow up appointment because of the covid 19 problem. They said they would call me to reschedule it and they never did."

"I broke my middle finger at work in November 2019. Dr. Fallahi was an amazing doctor and very professional. Seemed to know what he was doing. The surgery was very successful and barely any pain after! His whole staff team was wonderful and I would recommend to everyone! It's now coming up on 6 months and I don't even have a bend in my fingernail! The check-ups were easy and he answered any question I had. My 21 year old finger is almost good as new now. Would highly recommend."
